Make sure you are using the correct, full shipping adress along with your house/ apt/ unit/ ect. Landles is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer. If an address mistake is made, the customer has 24 hours to contact us or before the confirmation email is sent to their email. After the confirmation email is sent, there is no further action Landles can do to fix the address issue. The products we offer in our online store are generally shipped and delivered within 2-8 weeks (excluding non business days and holidays) after you place your order and pay. Most products have tracking information, which will be emailed to the customer. Our delivery times are based off of the distance from our shipping location, some products may take longer to ship and be delivered.
